Getting Started
Go to bandligo.com and sign in. First time? Use your invite link β it places you in the right band and school automatically. Use the dropdown in the top-right to switch bands if you belong to more than one.
SET Tab
Your band's song library. Search by title or artist. Sort with AβZ or β²βΌ (by votes).
Members: tap β²/βΌ to vote. Tap + Suggest to propose a song. Your director reviews it.
Directors: use the dropdown to pick your school (all songs) or a specific band. Tap Sugg or Unasgn to filter by suggested or unassigned songs. Tap a song title to edit it.
Check songs and use the action bar: οΌ Add to Band, β Remove from Band, or π Delete from Library.
LIST Tab
The toolbar row (left to right): list selector Β· βΆ play Β· β random Β· + new Β· π¨ print Β· β rename Β· π delete. Same for directors and members.
Directors: select a specific band from the dropdown to view and manage that band's set lists. Within a list: β²βΌ to reorder, π for song notes, β to remove. Changes save in real time.
Members: toggle between My Lists (personal, device-only) and Band Lists (official, read-only). Songs with both YouTube and audio show a βΆ pref / βͺ pref badge β tap to flip the playback source.
π¨ prints a clean set sheet showing band name, list name, venue, date, and time. When opened from a gig on GO, all fields fill automatically β no input needed.
GO Tab
The gig calendar. Use the dropdown to view your school (all bands) or a specific band.
+ New Gig β add a single gig for one band; visible to members immediately.
+ Schedule Show Day β creates a multi-band day as a draft. Only directors see it until published. Use β Manage Day to refine, then tap β‘ Publish β members see it and get a badge on GO to RSVP.
Members: tap β Going / β Can't Make It to RSVP. Tap βΆ Set List to jump directly to that gig's set list in the LIST tab.

Add to Calendar exports any gig to Apple, Google, or Outlook.
Account
Tap ? for this screen. Tap Manage for band tools and account settings.
My Profile β update your display name. Change Password β sends a reset link to your email. Sign Out β signs you out.
